Shipping Policy
Sphere Research & Development ("Sphere R&D") is committed to timely and lawful delivery of all ammunition and related products in accordance with applicable regulations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:
1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Custom orders and bulk purchases may require additional lead time and will be communicated to the customer prior to shipment.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Restrictions

All ammunition shipments are sent via ground transport only, typically through UPS Ground or a comparable carrier.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses under any circumstances.

Sphere R&D only ships within the continental United States and only to states and jurisdictions where ammunition sales and possession are legally permitted.

3. Delivery Requirements

An adult signature may be required upon delivery of ammunition products, in accordance with carrier and legal policies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

We are not responsible for delayed, misrouted, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
4. Delays and Liability

Shipping delays caused by carrier operations, inclement weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or compliance verifications are outside our control.

We assume no liability for late deliveries resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is refused, returned due to error, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for all associated shipping and restocking fees.
