Sphere Research & Development is fully committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale, transfer, and shipment of ammunition. All transactions conducted through this website are subject to verification procedures in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and any applicable state or municipal agencies.

Important Compliance Disclosures:

All ammunition sales are conducted in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 922 and other applicable provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968.
We do not sell or ship ammunition to individuals prohibited from possessing it under federal law, including felons, individuals under restraining orders, individuals adjudicated as mentally defective, and those convicted of domestic violence.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where ammunition possession or direct consumer shipment is restricted or prohibited.
Where required, we collect state-issued licenses, permits, or identification (e.g., FOID cards, handgun permits, FFL documents) before processing or fulfilling an order.
All orders are subject to verification, and Sphere R&D reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that we believe may violate any local, state, or federal law.
Ammunition is shipped only to U.S. addresses where permitted by law, using ground transport in accordance with DOT regulations for hazardous materials.
By placing an order with Sphere Research & Development, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess ammunition, and that you are not violating any federal, state, or local law by doing so.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and federal agencies and will provide information and documentation upon lawful request or subpoena in connection with regulatory audits, investigations, or enforcement actions.
